Nae: I love food. Period. I love the creation of cooking; taking simple ingredients and transforming them into something amazing. (Ok, not always amazing, sometimes just edible...and occasionally not even that.) Preparing food that is exciting and challenging, yet family friendly is what I love. And don't get me wrong, I love good ole' comfort food. I like cooking from scratch when I can, including whole grains, organic and minimally processed food, trust me, it's easy! But yes, I do pull out the cream of mushroom soup and whip up a mean casserole. I'm a beginner when it comes to food photography, but what I lack in photo skills, I make up in awesomeness! At least that's what my Mom tells me....... Welcome to my food planet.
